I recently hired Smooth Moves for a move from Belleville to Sudbury. To put it simply, they were excellent. Dylan was fantastic to work with. He was able to arrange a last minute move and his team (Rudy, Keegan and Tim) were true professionals. They arrived at the specified time and were ready to go right away. I loved seeing the attention given to packing my mom’s possessions with care and making sure everything was safely arranged for the trip to Sudbury. The move-in was arranged for the following day. Again, care and consideration was given to not only the material goods, but I was very impressed to overhear concern for others living in the retirement residence mom was moving into, but also the well-being of the movers themselves, by Dylan. I’ve used this company three times now. Each time it was consistently good. They are prompt, professional, courteous, and treat your belongings with care. When the move is complete they stay with you to do a walk through to make sure you’re happy. The owner, Dylan, is very concerned with doing a good job, and is very accessible. Great job guys!
Excellent service. Helped me out in a jam. Answered quick and was able to pick up and deliver a large item for me with just a few hours notice. Reasonable rate despite the rush as well. Very helpful, friendly and professional. I highly recommend! Had to book them fast when Mr. Mover shut me down because the company I needed this delivered to (a local college) once had a mandatory vaccine policy. The item was coming from the hospital, which he refused to go to also because of vaccine policy. I add this in as a word of caution. If you are looking to choose between Mr. Mover and Smooth Moves – GO WITH SMOOTH MOVES!
Dylan and his team was great to work with. I called him Monday morning and by Monday afternoon our large exterior doors with glass panels were on their way to Verner. We live down a rough dirt road with a 1200 ft driveway and they delivered the doors without a knick, scratch or dent. They even helped hold the doors while my boyfriend installed them. Excellent customer service and communicated every step of the way. Incredibly happy! highly recommend them.

Dylan and his crew were recommended to us as we bought a ‘new to us’ hot tub and the thought of moving it, almost outweighed the excitement of the purchase. Our apprehension was eased when speaking to Dylan. On the day of the move they had plenty of people to ensure that the move was safe, were respectful of our (and the seller’s) property, and they were efficient.
